Halfbind Picture Covers
A Halfbind Picture Cover is a cover in which the spine is made from Buckram and computer stamped whereas the major part of the front and back is a custom cover.

To create the artwork for a Halfbind you will need to set up a template that is 6 3/4" x 12 1/4". There is a 1" turn-in on 3 sides. The fourth side is where the cover overlaps the buckram.
The actual cover space is 5 3/4" x 10 1/4".
As shown in the example, the image can extend into the turn-in area, but text, tiles & important artwork should be placed at least 1/4" from the turn-in space. This insures that none of it is lost when the turn-in is folded over. All files should be sent to us as JPEGs on MAC readable discs.
